How much is shipping?

Shipping fees show based on your country location at checkout. Good news though: REBORN offers free shipping over 150 Euros. 

Where do you ship?

We ship almost anywhere in the world. 

Will I pay customs fees?

That is based on the rules and regulations in your country; if customs fees apply, they are to be covered by you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to the shipping company.

When will I receive my order?

In the case of a ready in stock items:

All orders ship within 1-5 business days of the order date. After that, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number. 

Your order should arrive 2-5 days after that. Some delays might occur because of the new safety regulations due to COVID-19.

In the case of pre-orders: 

Items will be shipped out as soon as they are ready in stock. Please refer to the description of these items to estimate your delivery date.

I just placed a "pre-order", when will you ship it?

Pre-order items have a specified processing time on their description.

Can I cancel my order?

After placing your order, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to you. Once your order is placed, we won't be able to cancel this order.

Can I make some changes to my order after it's been placed?

Once your order is placed, we won't be able to make any changes to the items ordered or the address. Your shipping company might accept changes to your address once you receive your tracking number.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

The probability of that happening is super low. If it happens, we are not responsible or liable if they are lost or stolen. However, your carrier might be able to support you on that.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What can I return? 

You can return any of our sports bras, leggings, biker shorts, tops if they were purchased at full price.

What are the conditions of return?

To make this process as smooth as possible, we kindly ask you to keep the items in the below conditions. The items mentioned above are to be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in sellable conditions with tags still on and in REBORN package that you originally received it in.The time frame for return is within 30 days of purchase. You, the customer, will be responsible for return shipments & costs.

What I need to know?

Once you receive the return information from us, please make sure you pack up all the items that you are willing to return in REBORN package with tags still on.Please return the items with a carrier that provides you with a tracking number. This is a must or you would risk a delay in shipping and increase the risk of the carrier losing the shipment.If you feel like you need further support in the above, we're happy to help! FIT & SIZE

What is my size at REBORN?

Tape measurement is what you need to do to find your perfect REBORN size.
If your find your size to be in between sizes on our size chart, there are to ways you can go and here is how: one size up if you are prioritize comfort over compressive fit and one size down if it is the other way around. 
Always keep in mind that compressive materials will naturally relax with your body shape with time.

Are REBORN leggings squat proof?

Mostly yes, we work on our fabrics to optimize for all your performance needs. We all know that lighter colors might require skin-tone undies or none at all, which is up to you. 

We recommend you check the description under each REBORN piece: we will specify the squat-proof level of every piece.

PRODUCT CARE & INFORMATION

How do I wash my REBORN pieces?

That is easy, cold wash and flat dry is your guilt-free washing method. This way you would lower the impact on he environment and prolong the life of your pieces.

SUSTAINABILITY

How can I know about the materials I am purchasing?

The description of every product includes the sustainability information of that piece: resources saved, materials recycled and certifications for that.

Where do you manufacture?

Your REBORN pieces are made ethically in our own factory in Lebanon. We are not about mass production, but rather ethical pace for both us, you and our team.

How do you transform used plastic bottles into sportswear?

It is a process that goes through a supply chain of production. Here is how: certified suppliers transform old plastic bottles into recycled fibers, then other certified suppliers as well spin these recycled fibers into quality fabrics. Then we do the part of designing and making the recycled sportswear dream into reality.

How can I tell if they're really sustainable?

We only deal with certified suppliers and certified fabrics, here are the fabrics certifications that make our sustainability transparent: 

- Oeko-Tex, leaders in fabrics' testing to help companies make responsible decisions in favour of products that are harmless to health, environmentally friendly and manufactured in a fair way.. 

- Global Recycled Standard

What method do you use for dyeing? Does it make a difference?

REBORN fabrics use new dyeing technology that is essentially based on cold water instead of heated water. This technology reduces energy and water consumptions to the lowest and eliminates salt addition. Which not only makes the process eco-friendly but also the wastewater generated easier to be treated.

The difference? It reduces the water consumption by 72% and energy consumption by more than 50%. 

So you save water in your production? What happens to the water that you still use?

The water levels used in our fabrics production is the lowest in the industry, and due to the no salt addition when dyeing the fabrics, the resulting wastewater is easier to be treated and is actually treated on site before reuse.
